Job Summary:

Do you really want to develop as an all-round professional in the coming years? Then this job as Junior Product Manager is for you!

As Junior Product Manager you improve the success of existing and new solutions by actively and efficiently managing the product lifecycle. You perform market researches, introduce new products on the market and document products to realize an optimal sales result. You work closely with the Head of Product Management and sales and marketing team. Traveling up to 25%, mainly in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Documentation: Deliver technical product documentation in line with and to support the positioning of existing and new products.
  • Product trainings & presentations: Develop trainings (theoretical and hands-on). Create training tools like presentations, videos, models, procedures etc. Create content for (online) marketing. Provide product trainings on new and existing products to sales and marketing, internal and external customers.
  • Innovation: Work out opportunities to contribute to the fulfilment of market needs in time by translating internal and external ideas for new solutions.
  • Mission: On all products and specifically on digital related existing and new products you conduct lifecycle management, new product introductions and market research. Actively collect and analyze market trends and -information (prices, competitors, etc.). Conduct SWOT-analysis and elaborate conclusions. Prepare a proposal with conclusions about the position, USP’s, price and strategy of the product with an explanation to the Product Manager and Marketing & Sales team.

Requirements:

  • Dental Technician with 5 years of experience
  • Experience in the dental industry and Product Management  
  • Experience in digital dentistry workflows: scanners, CAD programs, milling equipment, 3D printers
  • Fluent in English, other languages like Dutch, German and French are a plus
  • Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm and hands-on mentality to fully develop in this dynamic world.
